Aug. 22: Allen Ivery Jr., 24 Central City - District 1
A gunman riding a green bicycle along the sidewalk opened fire at about 6 p.m. on Ivery, 24, who was driving a black Buick Regal riverbound on Felicity. Ivery's vehicle hit a utility pole in the middle of the block and eventually came to a halt after crashing into a fence at the intersection of Felicity and South Rampart streets. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The gunman abandoned the bicycle and ran away.
Aug. 22: Keenon McCann, 32 eastern New Orleans - District 7
McCann, 32, died on the sidewalk at about 2 a.m. after sustaining several gunshot wounds to his body. According to a police incident log, McCann was inside a house on the block with his girlfriend when received a call from someone telling him to come outside. He was gunned down as soon as he left the house.
Aug. 20: Deron Hunter, 19 Cultural Center - District 1
Hunter, 19, was fatally shot several times in the body at about noon. He later died at University Hospital. He was gunned down in the 6th Ward at the same intersection where a man was killed over the weekend.
Aug. 19: James A. Jones Jr., 39 Cultural Center - District 1
Jones, 39, was shot at about 11:40 p.m. in the courtyard of the Iberville public housing complex. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Jones lived nearby.
Aug. 16: Tyone Nions, 33 6th Ward - District 1
Nions, 33, of New Orleans, was killed at about 2:30 p.m. on North Roman Street, between Ursulines Avenue and Gov. Nicholls Street. He had been fatally shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Aug. 16: Bryant Langston, 17 Uptown - District 2
Langston, 17, and Travain Jones, 18, were shot several times while sitting inside a red Chevy Lumina at about 12:05 p.m. One of the victims was pronounced dead at the scene. The other died shortly later at University Hospital. Both young men lived in the Uptown neighborhood. Witnesses told detectives that two gunmen fled the scene on foot toward Annunciation Street.

1000 block of Newton Street: Jones, 39, was fatally stabbed at about 6 p.m. during an altercation with a woman. Police found him lying on the sidewalk with a stab wound to his body. He was transported to a local hospital and died shortly later. No charges have been filed. The investigation is ongoing.
May 17: Dalvin Rainey, 24 Algiers - District 4
Corner of L.B. Landry Avenue and De Armas Street: Police responding to a report of gunfire at about 3:30 a.m. found two New Orleans men inside a car parked near the base of the Crescent City Connection. Michael Reed, 21, and Dalvin Rainey, 24, had been shot several times. Reed was pronounced dead at the scene. Rainey died hours later.
Detectives learned that as the victims' vehicle entered the intersection, one or more shooters, possibly in a red vehicle, fired at it several times and then fled.
Aug. 11: Jessica L. Hawk, 32 Bywater - District 5
3000 block of Chartres Street: Officers conducting a well-being check found Hawk, 32, at about 9:40 a.m. inside her single shotgun home. She had been stabbed several times and was pronounced dead at the scene. She was last seen days earlier.
Aug. 11: Rodilio Rodriguez, 44 Milan - District 2
3700 block of Dryades Street: Police responding to a report of gunfire found Rodriguez, 44, inside his home with a gunshot wound to the chest. Three gunmen had approached Rodriguez at about 7 a.m.and forced him inside the home in an apparent robbery. They demanded money, shot him and then ran awayAug. 11: Antoine C. Pierre, 27 Central City - District 6
Corner of Josephine and Carondelet streets: Pierre, 27, of New Orleans, was fatally shot at about 3:30 a.m. after leaving a club. Police believe two men with an assault rifle and a handgun opened fire on Pierre. He drove several blocks in his car before coming to a stop at the intersection of St. Charles Avenue and Josephine Street. Police found him there, suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. He was transported to a local hospital and died shortly later.
Aug. 10: Devin Legaux, 33 Marigny - District 8
Corner of Pauger and North Rampart streets: Someone intentionally ran over Legaux, 33, of Slidell, at about 4:30 a.m. He had been walking with another man towards the intersection when an unknown driver struck him and then headed northbound. Investigators believed the driver intentionally hit the victim.Aug. 3: Kevin Ford Jr., 24 Broad - District 3
3100 block of Bruxelles Street: Ford, 24, died of a gunshot to the head. Police responded to gunshots at about 10:15 p.m. and saw a man with a handgun at the scene. He fled and hid under a house, where police later apprehended him. Police booked Clarence Singleton, 22, with second-degree murder and with weapons charges.
Aug. 3: Joshua Brown, 24 Gentilly - District 3

5600 block of Dauphine Street: Parker, 37, was shot in the head at about 6:40 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene. His 2004 Dodge 1500 truck was missing, and police were searching for the silver truck with a Texas license plate that reads 09RHK5.
July 30: Roy Wolfe, 34 Broadmoor - District 2
1700 block of South Lopez Street: Police found Wolfe's body in the backyard of a home at 1714 S. Lopez St. a day after he was reported missing. He had been fatally shot.
Three men robbed Wolfe, 34, and another man a day earlier. The other victim told police the three gunmen abducted Wolfe from a construction site. His truck was taken and his home in Slidell burglarized shortly later.
The suspects returned to the Broadmoor neighborhood where the initial armed robbery took place and were involved in a shootout with police. Two of the three suspects were arrested. The other fled on foot.
Wolfe was found near the scene a day later.
Police booked Brent M. Braneon Sr., 19, and Alonzo Gonzales, 18, with the first-degree murder of Wolfe.
July 27: Gerald Thorton, 20 Algiers - District 4
6300 block of Kingston Court: Thorton, 20, was shot to death on the front lawn of a home. He lived a block away from the shooting. He had been shot multiple times and was pronounced dead at the scene. Detectives were looking for a white sport utility vehicle with tinted windows.
July 26: Ryen Tate, 20 Central City - District 6
1300 block of South Saratoga Street: Three men were shot at about 9:30 p.m. Tate, 20, was pronounced dead at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds. The other two victims were transported to a local hospital.
July 25: Jerrold Smith, 58 West Carrollton - District 2
8600 block of Hickory Street: Police found Smith, 58, lying inside a house with multiple gunshot wounds to his body at about 4 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
July 25: Roy Callaway, 30 Broad - District 5
Corner of St. Bernard Avenue and North Galvez Street: Callaway, 30, was found at about 4:10 p.m. inside a black four-door Toyota Scion. He had been shot multiple times. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
July 24: Yen Nguyen, 72 eastern New Orleans - District 7
14300 block of Dwyer Road: Police found Nguyen, 72, beaten to death inside her home, which had been ransacked.July 21: Lawrence Robinson, 21 Central City - District 6
1400 block of North Rampart Street: Police found Robinson, 21, dead inside the Happy Jack Social and Pleasure Club, 1418 S. Rampart St., after responding to a report of gunshots just after 1 p.m. Detectives allege Robert Smith, 53, fired several bullets into Robinson's chest and legs.
July 20: Marvin Louis, 19 Uptown - District 2
8700 block of Belfast Street: Louis, 19, was shot in the head at about 7 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene, lying in the street.
July 20: Kerry Emery, 28 District 5
3300 block of Clouet Street:
Emery, 28, was shot several times in the torso at about 10:20 a.m. Police later issued arrest warrants for Jeremy Patterson, 24, and Tyrone Reynolds, 21, for murder. Reynolds turned himself in to authorities.
July 20: Walter Miguel Jovel, 41 District 5
Corner of North Derbigny and Spain streets: Jovel, 41, died inside a vehicle riddled with bullet holes. He had been shot several times in the torso. He died at the scene.
July 18: Anthony Brooks, 20 District 5
3100 block of Marais Street: Brooks, 20, was shot several times in the street at about 10:40 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
July 18: Deshawn Stewart, 18 7th Ward - District 1
Corner of North Prieur and Laharpe streets: Stewart, 18, of New Orleans, was shot once in the chest at about 10:15 p.m. Police issued a warrant for the arrest of Darrell Lewis, 22, for second-degree murder.
July 15: Terrence Vine Gentilly - District 3
5100 block of Painters Street: Gunmen toting an AK-47 opened fire at about 4:20 a.m. on the exterior of a FEMA trailer, killing Vine, a retired bounce rapper sleeping inside. Vine, known to friends and fans as Sporty T, was pronounced dead at the scene.
July 11: Luis Fernando Cardonia-Mejia eastern New Orleans - District 7
7300 block of Read Boulevard: Detectives found Cardonia-Mejia inside a home with his throat slit at about 3 a.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Within hours, detectives arrested Magno Portillo, 22, and booked him with murder.
July 10: Mark Westbrook, 33 eastern New Orleans - District 7
Officers responding to a report of a shooting found the Westbrook, 33, of New Orleans, lying in the street with a gunshot wound to the head. Nearby, police discovered the woman bleeding from a gunshot wound to the arm.
Westbrook was pronounced dead at the scene. The woman was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.

July 2: Kelly Hill, 17 St. Roch - District 5
2100 block of Franklin Avenue: Hill, 17, was shot to death shortly before 3:30 a.m. Detectives issued a warrant for the arrest of her boyfriend, Kevin Williams, on a second-degree murder charge.
June 29: Robert Irwin, 47 Broadmoor - District 2
5000 block of South Prieur Street: Irwin, 47, was fatally shot following an argument. Peter Richard Rubens, 58, was booked with second-degree murder. He is accused of shooting Irwin, who had worked with Rubens on a number of construction projects.
June 29: Alvin Wilson, 21 Central City - District 6
Corner of 1st and South Prieur streets: Wilson, 21, was found around 11 a.m. lying on the sidewalk with gunshot wounds.
June 26: Lorenzo Larvinette, 22 Treme - District 1
Corner of North Claiborne Avenue and Bienville Street: Larvinette, 22, of Algiers, was shot multiple times at about 9 p.m. while driving a Chevrolet HHR. A 14-year-old boy sitting in the car was also wounded.
June 25: Victor Russell, 48 District 5
6300 block of North Rampart Street: Police responding to reports of a shooting at about 2 a.m. found Russell, 48, inside his home with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Gerald Williams, 29, was booked with second-degree murder in the shooting death. June 10: John Jordan, 36 Lower Garden District - District 6
Corner of Annunciation and Market streets: Jordan, 36, died five days after being shot. The shooting took place at about 8 a.m. on June 5. Officers saw two men shooting at Jordan. The gunmen fled on foot.

3200 block of Kabel Drive: Jason, 17, was fatally shot shortly before 9:50 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds.

May 13: Darnell P. Stewart, 23 Central City - District 6
3400 block of South Claiborne Avenue: Two men rammed Stewart, 23, with their vehicle and then shot Stewart when he tried to flee at about 9:45 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said that two brothers -- Andre Hankton, 30, and Telly Hankton, 31 -- and the victim were involved in a car chase through the Central City area. Both men were arrested and booked with murder. Detectives allege the motive was retaliation.
Just days after his death, detectives identified Stewart as a second suspect in the shooting death of George Cup Hankton III, 40, who was gunned down on Dec. 7 in Gert Town.

800 block of North Claiborne Avenue: Ranson, 25, of New Orleans, was found shot in a car outside Club Fabulous. An Army veteran and active reservist, he was pronounced dead at the scene. He had been shot several times.
May 11: Roddy Usher, 36 Algiers - District 4
3300 block of Garden Oaks Drive: Police discovered Usher, 36, lying on the ground in a driveway of an apartment building. He was pronounced dead at about 12:40 a.m. with a gunshot wound to the head. Detectives learned that the suspect fled in a silver-colored truck.
May 10: Arthur Mitchell, 15 Central City - District 6
2100 block of South Robertson Street: Officers responding to a report of a shooting found Mitchell, 15, in the street near an abandoned school at the intersection of Jackson Avenue and South Robertson Street. He was transported at about 9:30 p.m. to a local hospital, where he died shortly later of a gunshot wound to the head. Police said he was shot on school grounds and rode his bicycle to the street and collapsed.
May 5: Elijah Bentley, 21 eastern New Orleans - District 7
10200 block of Castlewood Drive: Bentley, 21, was fatally shot shortly before 9 p.m. Officers found him lying on the ground outside of a house. He had been shot in the face. Bentley left New Orleans following the flood and was living in Baton Rouge.
May 5: Juan Pena-Gomez, 34 eastern New Orleans - District 7
4300 block of Dale Street: Officers found Pena-Gomez, 34, lying in front of a house shortly after 3 a.m. with several gunshot wounds to his body. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Detectives later arrested Donald Monroe Jr., 23, and booked him with second-degree murder.
May 4: Brandon McCue, 22 eastern New Orleans - District 7
7700 block of Chef Menteur Highway: McCue, 22, was shot several times in the driveway of a trailer park. Police found him at about 2 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives arrested Christopher Wells, 22, of Jefferson Parish, the next day. He was booked with second-degree murder.
May 1: Lakeisha Taylor, 24 Cultural Center - District 1
1400 block of Conti Street: Two people were shot just before midnight in the courtyard of the Iberville public housing development. Taylor, 24, was shot in the head and pronounced dead at the scene. A man, 24, was transported to a hospital in critical condition with a gunshot to his head.
May 1: Patrick Fleming, 20 Mid-City - District 1
2900 block of Banks Street: Officers located two men with gunshot wounds shortly before 6:30 p.m. inside a house. Fleming, 20, was pronounced dead inside the house with multiple gunshot wounds to his head and body. Another man, 17, was transported to a hospital with a gunshot wound to his leg.
Police arrested Justin Hall, 19, a week later and booked him with second-degree murder.
April 27: Marquise Charles, 20 Treme - District 1
2600 block of Dumaine Street: Charles, 20, and Sylvester Cash, 17, were both shot in a residential driveway and fell to the sidewalk. Cash was pronounced dead at the scene. Charles, of St. James Parish, died later that night in the hospital.

Following his death, detectives identified Hurst as the gunman in the 2005 murder of Tefany Dickerson, 32, and Ta'lasia Dickerson, 10. Each had been shot once in the head inside their home in the 3100 block of Leonidas Street in Hollygrove.

2500 block of Upperline Street: Osborne, 19, was shot at about 10:55 p.m. and found lying on the sidewalk. He was pronounced dead at the scene. He had been shot once in the head.

6000 block of Chef Menteur Highway: Martin was shot at about 6:40 p.m. following a physical altercation about 100 feet north of the highway, among a group of trailers. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police arrested Ebony Eskano, 26, and Cail Jones, 28 on May 8 in Lafayette. Eskano was booked with second-degree murder and Jones with accessory.
April 19: Lorne Simms, 20 7th Ward - District 1
1400 block of North Johnson Street: Officers received a call of a shooting at 12:05 p.m. and found Simms, 20, lying on the sidewalk. He was pronounced dead at the scene with a gunshot wound to the head.
April 18: Yohance Shabazz, 18 Central City - District 6
2300 block of Seminole Lane: Police discovered Shabazz, 18, lying in front of an abandoned house with multiple gunshot wounds to his head and body. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
April 18: Keith Williams, 23 Freret - District 2
corner of Dufossat and Freret streets: Williams, 23, was fatally shot at about 8:45 p.m. while driving and then crashed his vehicle into a nearby bar. Police said he had apparently turned onto Dufossat from La Salle Street to drop off his girlfriend, who lives less then a block from the bar. But as he approached her home, a shooter or shooters jumped from a nearby car fired into the car, striking Williams at least twice. Williams sped away, but spun and crashed into the handicapped-access ramp of Friar Tuck's bar. Williams was pronounced dead at the scene.
April 17: Guy McEwen, 20 Riverside - District 2
700 block of Peniston Street: Two gunmen fired more than a dozen shots at McEwen, 20, at about 5 p.m. He was hit at least twice and pronounced dead at the scene. McEwen testified a week earlier in the high-profile murder trial of David Bonds, 18, who was accused of shooting Hot 8 Brass Band drummer and local teacher Dinerral Shavers. Police said they have no evidence linking McEwen's death to his role as a witness in the case.
April 12: Jonathan Aris, 19 Freret - District 2
4900 block of Willow Street: Police found the body of a man, later identified as Aris, under an abandoned house. An autopsy revealed he had been shot twice in the head. Aris, 19, was a French citizen who had lived in New Orleans for several years.
April 11: Korey WIlliams, 24 West Carrollton - District 2
corner of Cambronne and Spruce streets: Williams, 24, and two other men were near Cambronne and Spruce streets at about 10:55 p.m. when four other men approached in a brown SUV. Someone in the SUV shot Williams and the other two men. Williams sustained gunshot wounds to the back and leg. Police arrested Cornie Jones in on April 17 and booked him with first-degree murder.
April 8: Henry Ray Cargo, 28 Hollygrove - District 2
3900 block of Hamilton Street: Officers were called to the scene shortly before 8 p.m. following a report of gunfire. They found Cargo, 28, lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds to his body.
April 8: Brandon Barnes, 19 Mid-City - District 1
corner of Palmyra and South Rendon streets: Barnes, 19, of New Orleans, and another man were shot at about 6:25 p.m. Police found Barnes at Palmyra and South Rendon, and the other victim around the corner in the 200 block of South Jefferson Davis Parkway. Timothy Jackson, 19, was arrested days after the shooting and booked with first-degree murder.
April 7: Lashawn Causey, 23 Algiers - District 4
3500 block of Timber Wolf Lane: Causey, 23, was killed in an apparent murder/suicide at about 3 p.m. Geroy Smith, 22, shot Causey them killed himself.
April 7: Jerome Sparkman, 27 Central City - District 6
corner of Josephine and Laurel streets: Sparkman, 27, was shot several times while inside a white vehicle at about 2:20 a.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
April 7: Durrell Brown, 21 Hollygrove - District 2
3600 block of Pine Street: Brown, 21, and another man were shot inside Club Rocafella 2.5 at about 2:40 a.m. Brown was shot in the back of the head. The other victim was shot in the shoulder and stomach. Brown died a day later at the hospital.
April 6: Jacky Patton, 47 Hollygrove - District 2
8800 block of Pritchard Place: Officers responding to a report of gunfire at about 5:35 p.m. discovered Patton, 47, in the street with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead shortly later at University Hospital.
April 4: Ashley Johnson, 20 Tulane - District 1
2800 block of Tulane Avenue: Johnson, 20, was found inside a motel with head injuries. The coroner's office ruled the cause a homicide, but withheld details of the death.
April 1: Charlie Hulbert, 18 Florida - District 5
corner of Florida Avenue and Congress Street: Hulbert, 18, was fatally shot shortly after midnight in a deserted area. He was found lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds.
March 25: Natasha Martin, 28 eastern New Orleans - District 7
I-10 near Michoud exit: Martin's nude body was discovered in the water aside the highway. An autopsy revealed Martin, 28, of Florida, had died from strangulation and submersion.
March 24: Jason Williams, 29 eastern New Orleans - District 7
3900 block of Dowman Road: Williams, 29, was shot outside a nightclub at about 1:25 a.m. He had been shot multiple times and was pronounced dead at the scene.
March 24: Kraig Carney, 19 Mid-City - District 3
I-10 eastbound near Airline exit: Karney and others were aside the highway, changing a flat tire on their car around 2 a.m. when another vehicle approached and a gunman fired from inside. Carney, 19, was pronounced dead at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds.
March 22: Troy Mayfield Sr., 28 eastern New Orleans - District 7
8200 block of Almonaster Avenue: Police found Mayfield, 28, on the ground in a deserted area around 10:30 a.m. An autopsy revealed that he had been beaten in the face and shot multiple times.
March 21: Lerman Robinson, 25 Central City - District 6
1200 block of South Johnson Street: Officers discovered Robinson, 25, lying in a courtyard in the B.W. Cooper public housing complex. He was shot several times. Emergency medical technicians transported Robinson to a local hospital. He died shortly later.
March 13: Lance Zarders, 17 7th Ward - District 1
1600 block of Frenchmen Street: Zarders, 17, of New Orleans, was shot several times while walking down the street at about 9:15 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Zarders was a student at Frederick Douglass High School.
March 11: James Brooks, 46 Gentilly - District 5
3600 block of Lotus Street: Brooks, 46, of Metairie, was shot about 10 p.m. near Interstate 10, between Franklin Avenue and Peoples Avenue. Officers responded to a call of a man shot and found Brooks lying on the sidewalk in the 3600 block of Lotus Street, near Myrtle Street. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
March 9: Dominque Weber, 16 7th Ward - District 1
1400 block of Frenchmen Street: Officers responding to a report of gunshots at about 5:30 p.m. found Weber, 16, lying in the street with gunshot wounds to his body. Weber was transported to a local hospital where he died shortly later.
March 9: Lester Harris, 37 Cultural Center - District 1
200 block of North Robertson Street: Harris, 37, was found lying on the ground in the Iberville public housing complex shortly before 7 p.m. He died of gunshot wounds to the head.
March 8: Leyon Gaines, 32 Black Peark - District 2
7300 block of Pitt Street: Gaines, 32, of New Orleans, was fatally shot in the head around 6 p.m. in the middle of the street. Residents reported hearing three shots. Police said a red compact vehicle was seen fleeing the scene.
March 6: Jeanell Green, 42 Algiers - District 4
3300 block of Lancaster Street: An employee of the 5th District assessor's office who was taking routine measurements of a home found Green, 42, in the back yard of a home. Green was last seen Feb. 16 on Boyd Street near Gen. Meyer Avenue, about a half-dozen blocks from the Lancaster Street house, her daughter, Letoya Green said.
Green had been fatally shot and her body had been there for some time.March 3: Freddie Hilton, 30 Algiers - District 4
3500 block of Garden Oaks Drive: Police found Hilton, 30, around 10 p.m. on the ground in the stairwell of an apartment complex. He had been shot several times and was pronounced dead at the scene.
JAN. 3: Terrance Handy, 27 Lower 9th Ward - District 5
5300 Law Street: A Crimestoppers tip led police to the abandoned campus of Lawless High School, where they found the burned body of Terrance Handy, 27. Investigators found his body inside a second-floor classroom. He had been shot multiple times in the head. His body was set fire after the shooting. Christopher Bush, 30; Vandy Lewis, 30; and Rodrick Magee, 22; were all booked with first-degree murder in the case.Jan. 2: Kendrick Quinn, 18 East New Orleans - District 7
6800 block of Parc Brittany Boulevard: Quinn, of New Orleans, was shot in the head shortly before 4 p.m. He was taken to University Hospital, where he died two days later. Police later arrested Henry Hebert, 25, and charged him with murder.Jan. 4: Jose Francisco Ramos, 44 Algiers - District 4
100 block of Pinewood Court: Ramos was fatally shot shortly before 6 p.m. in an apparent robbery, police said. Investigators said the suspects probably are in their late teens. 1100 block of Lizardi Street: Augustine, of New Orleans, was found dead lying in an alley next to an abandoned house. He died of multiple gunshot wounds. Officers found drug paraphernalia at the scene.Jan. 6: Ryan McClure, 23 Gentilly - District 5
5700 block of Wisner Boulevard: Just after 7 a.m. police found the body McClure, of Metairie, on the side of the abandoned campus of Kennedy High School. He died of gunshot wounds to the head.
June 19: Denzel Williams, 18 Algiers - District 4
1700 block of Hero Street: Williams, 18, was found dead in the Fischer housing development from multiple gunshot wounds to the body and head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Jan. 11: Scott Dorsey, 25 Village de l'Est - District 7
Petit Bayou Lane near Willowbrook Drive: Police found Dorsey's body lying on the sidewalk around 6:30 p.m. Dorsey had been shot several times. He was pronounced dead at the scene.Jan. 11: Jody Johnson, 47 Desire - District 5
The body of Johnson, of Warner Robins, Ga., was found at night in an overgrown lot in the Desire neighborhood. Her body was partially burned. An autopsy showed she died of a gunshot wound to the head before the fire was set. Her identity was unknown for more than 10 days.Jan. 12: Gervais Nicholas, 16 Tulane - District 1
Tulane Avenue and South Lopez Street: Police responding to a report of a injured man found Nicholas in the street's nuetral ground outside the Chat Room nightclub. The shooting took place around 10 p.m. He died from multiple gunshot wounds.Jan. 14: Monroe Money Walker, 20 Central City - District 6
Magnolia and Philip streets: Walker was shot several times around 5:30 p.m. He was driven to University Hospital by someone else. He died later in the day from gunshot wounds.

Jackson Avenue and Willow Street: Myers, Sr., was fatally shot around 1 p.m. He was transported to a hospital where he died shortly later. Myers' family said he lived about four blocks from where he was shot.Jan. 20: Bertrand Winfield, 57 East New Orleans - District 7
Gannon Road and Hayne Boulevard: Winfield was intentionally run over by a car driven by his daughter's boyfriend, police said. The attack followed an argument at about 3:30 p.m., according to police records.
Winfield had allegedly asked Henry Thomas IV, 38, of New Orleans to leave the property. He refused and then used his vehicle to hit Winfield, police said. Winfield died shortly later at a hospital. Henry turned himself in to authorities later that day and police booked him with second-degree murder.
Jan. 25: Courtney Thompson, 19 Gentilly - District 5
Thompson was shot several times around 1 p.m. in the street. The fatal shooting took place near the intersection of Abundance Street and Florida Avenue, in front of the home of some of Thompson's relatives. He had been shot several times in the head and body. Thompson's sister, Dominique Thompson, later said that her brother had been visiting family at the house with his girlfriend.Jan. 26: Joseph Canselo, 19 Cutoff - District 4
6400 block of General Meyer Avenue: Canselo was shot several times inside the Exclusive Cuts barber shop. Police received a call around 3:50 p.m. and found Canselo suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police later said they are seeking Arnold Wyatt Jr., 21, and Zachary Woolridge, 26, in the the shooting death.

1900 block of Foucher Street: Butler, 21, was fatally shot around 5:20 p.m. behind an abandoned house. He was pronounced dead at the scene with a single gunshot wound to the head.Jan. 28: Officer Nicola Cotton, 24 Central City - District 6
2100 block of Earhart: Cotton, a New Orleans Police Sixth District officer, was fatally shot in a struggle with a man she was questioning. Cotton encountered Bernel P. Johnson, 44, of Kenner -- a man whose family later described as a schizophrenic -- and he attacked her shortly after she approached him at about 10 a.m. The pair wrestled on the ground in a parking lot before Johnson allegedly shot Cotton several times with her own weapon. Cotton was the second female officer in NOPD history to be killed in the line of duty.Feb. 2: Terry Robinson, 26 St. Claude - District 5
3000 block of North Johnson Street: Police found Robinson near railroad tracks in a desolate neighborhood at about 1 p.m. Investigators said it appeared he was shot a day earlier.Feb. 2: Allen Porche, 24 Lower 9th Ward - District 5
1200 block of Delery Street: After receiving a call at about 4:40 p.m., police discovered Porche's body lying in the street in front of a gutted house and vacant lot in the Lower 9th Ward. He had been shot several times and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Feb. 8: Brian Miller, 19 Central City - District 6
2300 block of Washington Avenue: Miller died in a shootout in a small lot behind a one-room snowball stand. Miller and another young man were shot around 5:20 p.m. The other victim was taken to a hospital in critical condition.
Feb. 6: Edward Causey, 26 Lower Garden District - District 6
Annunciation and Felicity streets: A gunman standing on the corner of a St. Mary and Annunciation streets opened fire on Edward Causey's vehicle. While suffering from gunshot wounds, Causey, drove the rented Pontiac sedan several blocks before colliding with a passing car and crashing into a vacant building at Annunciation and Felicity. Causey was pronounced dead at the scene.Feb. 3: Jadace Craft, 24 St. Roch - District 5
Police responded to a report of gunfire around 1 a.m. and found Craft on the sidewalk in the 1600 block of Marigny Street. He had been shot in the head.
Feb. 3: Javonte Morgan, 15 7th Ward - District 5
1700 block of North Galvez Street: Morgan was sitting in a vehicle when a gunman opened fire at the car. The shooting took place around 9:45 p.m. following an argunment at a Rally's fast food restaurant. The driver of the car, who was not injured, drove to the intersection of North Galvez and A.P. Tureaud streets and called police. Morgan was transported to the hospital and died shortly later.
NOPD Detectives booked Gerald Coleman, 17, and an unidentified 16-year-old male with first degree murder in this case.
Feb. 27: Brandon Spencer, 19 St. Roch - District 5
1300 block of St. Roch Ave.: Spencer died a day after sustaining injuries in a shooting. He and Richon Jones, 21, were found around noon on Feb. 26 inside a house. Both men had gunshot wounds to the head. Feb. 26: Richon Jones, 21 St. Roch - District 5

Corner of Jackson and Willow: Jones was one of three people shot shortly before 8 p.m. The three victims drove themselves to University hospital. Jones died shortly later from multiple gunshot wounds. The other injured man and woman were in critical condition.
